You will need to bring:


2 x small ( of the same size) kettlebells that you can press overhead multiple times

1x large kettelebell for swings, squats and deadlifts

1x exercise or yoga mat


*If the weather is bad I will email you all in advance and the credit of that class can go towards your next class. 


There will be plenty of parking and space for everyone on the lawn.
