This monthly membership is a strength training program for busy mamas who want to reclaim their time, feel stronger and get cheered on along the way by other mamas.
The program focuses on functional movements used in daily life such as squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, rotating and so on. Eeach workout comes with instructional videos, reps and set as well as weight suggestions.
You have to have some equipment:
2 pairs of dumbbells (one light & one heavy)
1 kettlebell (optional but highly recommended)
Foam roller (optional)
2 bands (small loop band and large loop band)
bench or chair
- 3 Workouts per week ( 30-60min long)
- 2 out of the three are optional live Zoom workouts every Monday 4:30pm EST and every Saturday 9:00am EST.

Once you sign up, you will recieve an email from us prompting you to download TrueCoach App ( If you already have it, please let me know). Please allow 2-6 hours for processing (one woman show here!)

Strong Like Her-ONLINE & IN PERSON
- This program is not suited for pregnancy and early postpartum ( 12 weeks and under)
- This is a month to month program and can be cancelled at any time. ( Please kindly give a 2 week notice if possible)
- This is an online program and requires you to download the TrueCoach App in order to see the workouts.
