Workouts are mainly kettlebell and bodyweight with the occasianal band and dumbbell. They are between 30-60 min long and are strength based. You will see some kettlebell flows and all movements are there to make you have fun!
You need a box and a bench or a chair as well. Feel free to email me to get a list of suggested kettlebell sizes.
